What kind of industries best benefit from our IT support services?
Among our core competencies are services created specifically for small to medium-sized businesses. And bluntly, small to medium-sized businesses need us as much as we truly love working for them. Our approach is to tailor design IT solutions based on each organization’s needs.
Are IT services only for big corporations?
Absolutely NOT! We set out to solve what was then a major problem for medium and small businesses: having difficulty keeping up with their IT needs. We noticed that large corporations often had multiple employees specializing in different aspects of the industry and realized this approach could work well for mid-tier and also among smaller organizations that might not be able to sustain such teams but still require help managing an oversized workload.
Is there a minimum number of users you support?
While we would love to be able to give even the one-person shop the level of services we provide, there is a minimum to effectively and efficiently deliver the FTP solution. However, give us a call as we’re always happy to provide guidance with the hope everyone gets to a solution.
Do you offer different levels of service?
No. Each industry and/or client has different ways of operating their organization – there just isn’t a “one size fits all”. FTP believes first in understanding the needs of our clients and then in providing a tailored approach to delivering the right solution that meets the needs of each client.
